On Good Friday, we will join with other churches in the area in an ecumenical service to observe the day of Jesus’s crucifixion. It is a solemn day, but one filled with meaning and emotion. The service will center around the “Seven Last Sayings of Jesus,” the seven phrases attested throughout the gospels that Jesus said from the cross. Each saying will have a short meditation delivered by a different church pastor.

The service will take place at University United Methodist Church, 1085 E. Genesee Street. The parking and main entrance for the church is at 324 University Avenue.
