On Maundy Thursday, we commemorate Jesus’s final night with his disciples, before his arrest and crucifixion. Maundy comes from the Latin for “mandate,” as this is when Jesus gives the disciples the new commandment to love one another as they have been loved. We will hold a service of communion and prayer.
